Nelson Netball Centre Board Members

The Nelson Netball Centre Board is a seven person governance Board with up to three elected and four appointed members. These are your representatives, and are there to serve our netball community. If you have any governance concerns please approach them or write to the chairperson. Our Annual General Meeting is held in February.

Olivia Martyn (CHAIR)

Appointed 2021 - 3 Year Team

Olivia is a welcome recent addition to the board, appointed in 2021. Olivia is originally from Waimea College and has played netball wherever she has been able to in her extensive working career in Senior business roles within the South East Asian region based mainly in NZ Australia and Malaysia. She has helped to establish new clubs and worked to become involved with local competitions.

Olivia is coaching a Waimea College team and is the secretary of the Jacks Club committee. She offers the right mix of business acumen, passion and enthusiasm for netball and the community involvement to add considerable value to the board.
